1. Order Processing Time

Please note: Processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.

We offer a few different shipping options depending on how quickly you need your items. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Note: We currently only ship to domestic addresses and do not offer international shipping.

3. Tracking Information

4. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, unexpected carrier delays (such as peak holiday seasons or severe weather) can occasionally happen. We truly appreciate your patience during these rare events.

Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Missing or Stolen Packages: If your tracking status says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local delivery person first. We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as successfully delivered by the carrier, but we will gladly help you get in touch with them to open an investigation.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at [5 BUSINESS DAYS / your email] with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will work quickly to make it right.
